I recently read an article of a speech Steve Jobbs wrote for a graduation ceremony. He spoke of “connecting the dots” through life experiences. But the one important factor that stood out was that you can’t connect the dots for the future, only when you look back to the past, is it clear the people you met was for a specific purpose. I feel grateful that I have captured moments of people that I have crossed paths with. Some I may have only seen for a moment and may never see again. There is something about sharing the same space as another human being at the exact same time, or observing another human being for a brief moment before continuing on.
